About Moto Music
Moto Music was established as a publisher for the music of Frankie Camaro, Paul Jova and several projects. The biggest claim to fame is a Grammy nomination for Guitar Army, from the Big Guitars from Texas album. The website offers us an opportunity to offer new songs, demos and rarities in mp3 format. We are currently building an online music store, so check back soon.
The name Moto Music came about in reference to the surf song Mr. Moto, and to Moto-X, as in "motocross". Frankie had a surf punk band called Moto-X, using this double reference. When Big Guitars came out, he needed a Publishing Company, so he started Moto Music Publishing.
Moto music is led by songwriter/musician Paul Jova (aka Frankie Camaro). Jova is Cuban American and started playing piano and percussion at a very young age. Started playing guitar with an old Danelectro at 16. Nominated for a Grammy. Degree in Audio Technology and Physics from Indiana University. Fan of punk, jazz, cuban music and old sci-fi movies. We plan on posting many songs including unreleased material. Soon we will offer CD's and vinyl, and will be adding cool new features.
